We are authorised Axis channel partner for the supply and installation of Axis Communications Network Cameras and related products. We can assist you with all your domestic and commercial applications for Network Video, including system design and software configuration. Or just supply to you for your own installations.

Features of the Axis range include:

  • Access to your camera installations locally within your house, or business, across a Local Area Network. All you need is a web browser!
  • Access from anywhere with a wide area connection to your business network (WAN)
  • Access to images, and where applicable, sound and full remote control from any Internet connection
  • One or two-way audio, carried on the network from the camera to/from the viewing station, with no additional wiring
  • Axis cameras feature remote control, some including full Pan Tilt and Zoom (depending on model)

Network Cameras have many possible uses:

  • Home security with remote access to the house
  • Baby minding, either within a house or nursery, or remotely over the Internet
  • High Quality Web Camera
  • Commercial Security and Retail Outlets
  • Monitoring a Vacation Home
  • Securing unoccupied premises at night – schools and businesses
  • Promoting a club, business or tourist spot
  • Preventing vandalism.
  • Preventing theft
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures or guidelines, e.g, have all your stores set up that marketing display or promotion exactly as you intended it?

Axis cameras feature remote control, some including full Pan Tilt and Zoom, and can be used internally or externally, with or without a housing (all depending on the model).

Motion Detection Built-in

Our cameras have a wealth of in-built features, including motion detection. This means your camera can sit in standby until someone or something moves in a pre-set area of it’s field of vision. At this point, the camera can email you, send another type of alarm, or trigger another security device (like a burglar alarm), and then send you images from a pre-set interval BEFORE the movement occurred, until you tell it to stop, e.g. 2 minutes after the last movement occurred. Your camera can even turn on the lights when it sees a movement! This feature is available either built-in, from the stand-alone camera, or via optional software. It can save invaluable bandwidth and storage space on your network by not sending images when nothing is happening.

Compatibilty with existing Analogue CCTV and Recording

If you already have a large installed base of conventional (analogue or co-ax connected) CCTV cameras, and viewing and recording facilities, there is no need to waste this investment. A new digital IP based Axis camera system can be seamlessly integrated into the system using Axis Video Servers, and migration to digital and server/hard disk based storage can be as gradual or as rapid as you want it to be.
